4:Property Brazil is investing in a series of residential development projects in and around the growing city of Aracaju, the State Capital of Sergipe. Sergipe is the Brazilian state with the largest income per head in the country. Aracaju is a coastal State Capital, and in 2010 was voted the most attractive State Capital to live in.
The State has active and growing industries, including oil, raw material exports, the largest cement export terminal in the world and, in addition over the last two years, substantial increases in Brazilian domestic tourism and business conventions. The Mayor’s Strategic Plan shows the city growing by 50% in the period 2010 to 2015, and growth since 2009-2010 has been 20%, so it is on plan for that target.

This is a site of 30 family apartments and is a 50/50 mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments in a gated community, which includes its own leisure area and full car parking facilities. Villa Solare is in a sought after area close to the main Aracaju Airport and only 2km from the Atalaia Beach.
This is a site of 96 smaller family apartments and is predominantly 2-bedroom apartments for first time buyers, under the Caixa Scheme, in the flourishing suburb of Piabeta. The town is growing rapidly as a dormitory suburb of Aracaju for lower income families working in the City. There is extensive development in the growing dormitory town and sales take-up of apartments is rapid.
This is a relatively large site with capacity for over 1,500 units, to be built across a series of construction phases on the 350,000 square metre site. The town of Socorro, which is on the edge of Aracaju, is an industrially active town with a growing business base, including a cement factory and other manufacturing activity.
