The location and local market
Villa Solare is in a sought after area close to the main Aracaju Airport and only 2km from the Atalaia Beach. The airport is being doubled in size to take increased tourist traffic which is growing progressively. This site is ideal for the numerous additional local managers and employees servicing the airport.
We have entered into a joint venture with a long established local developer, with over 20 years experience in the market there, and with whom we hope to have a series of later investments.
Our pilot project, Villa Solare, is now completed and was a success, performing on time, on budget and delivering profits as projected. We undertook this pilot to ‘test’ our developers and see if they would deliver as planned, and they exceeded expectations. We have a very good relationship with them and once that was seen to be ‘on track’ we invested in further projects.
